Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no card required, no time limit. When you hit the Free plan's limits (say, creating a 4th Agent) you'll see an upgrade prompt, but you're never charged automatically.
Can I buy Pro / Business right now?
Paid plans aren't open yet. During the beta you can request free Enterprise access (submit an upgrade request in the app; an admin reviews and grants it) — otherwise you stay on the Free plan and its limits. We'll give advance notice before paid plans open, and you'll never be charged automatically.
What happens to my workflows after upgrading or downgrading?
Workflows, connections and Agents are all kept — nothing is deleted. After downgrading, you just can't create new ones beyond the new plan's limit. Execution logs follow the new plan's retention period (with a 30-day grace period after downgrading), and older logs are cleaned up automatically.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments will be processed by Lemon Squeezy, supporting major credit and debit cards. We'll share the exact options once paid plans open.
What's included in Enterprise self-hosting?
Deployed on your own servers or internal network, with data never leaving your organization; includes installation, upgrades and dedicated support. Email sales@opengency.ai to discuss your needs.
Is my data safe?
Connectors can't reach internal-network addresses by default, database connectors can only read and write your own data directory, and conditions never execute any code. See "Secure by default" on the Features page for details.
